Many of us have the feeling of studying in an educational system divorced from today's reality. A system that is less and less appreciated due to the growing gap between what is considered valuable by society and a classical, static education, with few reflexes to update socially and economically, mainly due to the speed of change driven by the exponential growth of new technologies.
Faced with these problems, an incipient academic proposal arises, centered on the need to rethink traditional education through a new educational model, neoeducation. Neoeducation, still under development, represents the potential to transform the way we learn. It is a new educational model, a response to the social, technological and economic changes of the 21st century. It is characterized by its focus on personalized learning centered on the use of digital technologies with flexible schedules and multiple digital teaching methods. The inclusion of new technologies and especially ChatGPT in the educational mechanisms allows to rethink traditional practices by shortening the time and duration of studies to achieve an updated training.

There are many examples to illustrate the above, for the sake of simplicity we will take only one: the teaching of integral resolution in the basic cycle of science and technology careers in the common subject Mathematical Analysis. A significant amount of course time is spent learning, exercising and applying two methods for solving integrals: the method by parts and the method by substitution, both of which do not provide substantial knowledge except for the achievement of the result. The ChatGPT solves, for example, the integral ∫xcos(x)dx by parts and by substitution arriving at the same result of both methods in only 12 seconds!!! Is the student being offered the possibility of solving integrals in that way? What will we do if time is left over and the duration of the subjects is not formally shortened...?
Artificial intelligence" systems such as Chat GPT bring an interesting change, now we do not need to train ourselves to give all the answers, we must train ourselves to ask the right questions, something that coincides with the transition from encyclopedism focused on "how do you know" to the vital know-how to respond to the pressing problems of the 21st century.
In the face of a crumbling education system, perhaps ChatGPT will be a kind of sword to provide the final blow.
